What is Life Coaching?

 

Life coaching is a partnership dedicated to helping people discover their true potential, and get what they really want out of life. It is a completely individual process, and is tailored to each person depending on who they are and what they want.  At its core it’s about helping people find more balance and fulfillment, and creates an opportunity to get more of what they want, and less of what they don’t.  While a lot of smart people think they don't need help, even Tiger Woods, perhaps the best player in the history of golf, has a coach.  Most people, with the right insight, support, and encouragement, can achieve a lot more than they realizeA life coach provides the roadmap to help people create and master their best life.

How does Life Coaching Work?

 

Life coaching takes place over the telephone with the client calling the life coach at prearranged times.  Sessions usually take place 3x a month for 50 minutes. Life coaching is about having someone 100% focused on you and committed to your success.  Sessions will include powerful questions, listening and empowerment through support and feedback.  Goals are defined, set and met.  The life coaching process identifies the things that are holding you back and brings clarity, allowing a clearer focus on what you want more or less of.  A clear plan is devised by evaluating options and deciding what actions to take; these measurable steps encourage momentum and keep you on track.
